We have become aware that certain unauthorized persons and fraudsters are misusing our company name, GSTIN, invoices, genuine business details, and other business credentials for fraudulent purposes. These fraudsters are using genuine business information along with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and digital tools to create fake or duplicate invoices, LR/transport documents, e-Way Bills, quotations, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications that may appear genuine.

Such fraudulent documents may contain our actual company name, GSTIN, address, product details, invoice particulars, and other genuine business information. The presence of genuine company details on any document does not mean that such document or communication has been issued or authorized by Royal Plastic Industries

All customers and business associates are advised not to act upon any suspicious communication, document, invoice, LR, e-Way Bill, or payment request without independent verification. Payment requests, invoices, and any change in bank account details should be independently verified through our official communication channels before making any payment.

Royal Plastic Industries shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, or payment arising from fraudulent communications, forged or duplicate documents, unauthorized bank accounts, or transactions made with unauthorized persons. Such communications or documents shall not constitute any offer, instruction, representation, or commitment of Royal Plastic Industries.

Royal Plastic Industries reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against any person or entity involved in such fraudulent activities.

All business associates are requested to remain vigilant and independently verify the authenticity of documents and payment instructions before proceeding.
